ADHESIVE LABELS
CLEAN LABEL
Clean Label: Effective communication among healthcare professionals is an essential part of success for providing superior care and achieving patient satisfaction, which is why we’ve created the Clean Label. Manufactured to convey key information to healthcare professionals, the clean label is intended to conceal and cover the bio symbol on SST tray systems when transporting clean medical instruments. The label is a 4 x 4 Inch design with a removable adhesive backing that has a green colored background and “CLEAN” in white text. Prior to use, ensure the application surface area is dry and simply apply the label with firm thumb pressure.

Disinfection Labels: Label your endoscope with a "High Level Disinfection" sticker after disinfection. Include date, initials of processor and process number.
HIGH LEVEL DISINFECTED LABEL
High Level Disinfected Label: Designed for containers that hold high-level disinfected or contaminated scopes, the High Level Disinfected Label is 2” x 3” that has a green top tab with “CLEAN” and “HIGH LEVEL DISINFECTED” in black text, as well as a removable self-adhesive orange bottom tab with “BIOHAZARD” in black text that provides space to record the time the scope was pre-cleaned. By labeling containers as “CLEAN” or “BIOHAZARD”, the High Level Disinfected Label serves as a communication tool that provides information to healthcare professionals working throughout different departments.

TRANSPORTATION IDENTIFICATION TAG
Transportation Identification Tag: Designed for compliance with OSHA standard CFR 1910.1030 the Transportation Identification Tag is 3.125” x 5.125” with one perforated tab, a green top tab with “CLEAN” in black text, a fluorescent orange/red bottom tab with “DIRTY” in black text, and the removable OSHA approved “Biohazard Label” adhesive backing. The Transportation Identification Tag is produced precisely for transporting materials considered a biohazard, while acting as an essential communication tool in the process. By labeling a cart or container “biohazard” upon its return to the sterile processing department, the Transportation Identification Tag assists in supplying information to the OR/Procedure Room. Furthermore it has a check list for the surgical/procedure room/sterile processing team to ensure adequate delivery of the case cart or container in question.

One-Hour Indicator: According to the IFU of popular model flexible endoscopes, the cleaning of the device must commence within one hour of post-procedure bedside cleaning. Designed to be a visual reminder to healthcare workers, the single-use indicator is a small 19 x 32 mm tamper-proof label that is applied to a self-looping label. To activate the indicator, simply press the blister on the strip, and upon activation a safe dye migrates along a one-hour display run-out window, which shows elapsed time. No preconditioning is required, there are no moving parts, and no power source is required.

12 DAY INDICATOR HANGTIME LABEL
12 Day Indicator Hangtime Label: Designed as a visual reminder for healthcare workers, the label features a twelve-day elapsed time indicator adhered to a blue 8.5 x 2.5-inch self-looping hangtime label, allowing for quick and ongoing observable clarification of how long it’s been since an endoscope has been reprocessed. The label allows staff to document critical information including the scope serial number and healthcare worker initials, as well as the date and time the indicator was activated. No preconditioning is required, there are no moving parts, and there is no power source. To activate the indicator, firmly press the blister on the strip, and upon activation a safe dye migrates along a twelve-day display run-out window, which shows elapsed time. SELF-LOOPING LABELS
EYE WASH TEMPERATURE CHECK TAG
Designed for checking the water temperature and logging information of eye wash stations, the white 9L x 5W Inch Eye Wash Temperature Check Tag assists healthcare workers with verifying that the water of their facilities' eye wash station is within a tepid temperature range. Attached to a 36 Inch nickel-plated ball chain to hang from eye wash stations, the front portion of the Eye Wash Temperature Check Tag features a log for individuals to document weekly maintenance checks of their facilities eye wash station, which includes a space to note the month, date, and initials of the inspector. The back portion of the Eye Wash Temperature Check Tag features a liquid crystal thermometer, along with the recommended water temperature range of 16-38°C (60-100°F).

Self-Looping Instrument Tray Labels: These labels facilitate specific markings and remarks for sterile or contaminated instrument trays. The PP-based label is suitable for sterilization and are resistant to washing and disinfection and thus can stay with a tray of instruments all the way through the decontamination process.

SELF-TIE CONTAINER TAGS
Self-Tie Container Tags: Compatible with various tracking and tracing systems, the container tag serves to identify contaminated containers when self-adhesive labels cannot be utilized. Made to withstand automatic washers and steam sterilization, the large container tag is latex free and can be attached onto the handle(s) of multiple sterilization containers.
