BRUSHES
3183-P AND MR001903 INSTRUMENT CLEANING BRUSHES
Designed for cleaning instruments prior to further processing, these reusable brushes are manufactured with nylon bristles that adhere to a contoured plastic handle. These brushes are used in conjunction with a suitable cleaning solution that assists healthcare workers in the initial cleaning of items for which brushing to remove contamination is a recommended step in the cleaning process.

CHANNEL BRUSH
Lumened wire-guided dilators are used primarily in the treatment of esophageal strictures. They are available single-use or reusable. Types include Savary-Gilliard® and American Dilation System dilators. The dilators have a central channel that accommodates a guidewire. They come in various diameters, but the guidewire channel remains consistently the same size. This channel requires brushing and flushing during manual cleaning. Healthmark’s CC2-100-200 Channel Brush is available for this purpose. The nylon bristles and sturdy thermoplastic shaft allows for smooth and effective passage through this lumen.

DOUBLE END ACETABULAR REAMER BRUSH
Manufactured for cleaning acetabular reamers, the Double End Acetabular Reamer Brush is designed with a latex-free thermoplastic handle and bristles. Equipped with durable rigid brush fibers that assist with debris removal, the reusable double ended brush allows healthcare workers to clean inside acetabular reamers and individual cutting holes.

INSTRUMENT SHAVER BRUSH
This unique dual ended brush is manufactured for removing soil and debris from surgical shaver tools prior to sterilization, the Instrument Shaver Brush is designed with a latex-free thermoplastic handle and thermoplastic bristles, as well as a brush catch made from stainless steel.

Designed for evaluating the condition of rigid endoscopes, the EndoPro-Cam® is a portable endoscopic video system providing 1080p high resolution HD imaging that assists healthcare workers with inspection of their facilities' rigid scope to check if their device is damaged. The lightweight ergonomic EndoPro-Cam® allows for image capture, recording and adapts to C-Mount couplers. HANDHELD MULTI-MAGNIFIER
Designed to comply with AAMI ST91, the Handheld Multi-Magnifier is a useful tool to perform detailed visual inspection of flexible endoscopes that allow the assessment of external surfaces. The metal coated unit is 115 x 40 x 10mm (4.5 x 1.5 x 0.4 inches) and includes three 1.5v batteries. LED 4X MAGNIFIER
Visual inspection of items can be challenging, which is why we’ve designed the LED 4x Magnifier. Equipped with a 72mm diameter lens for up close visual inspection for potential damage and residual soil after cleaning. The lightweight 85x85x60mm magnifier comes with four white LED lights featuring three levels of brightness, 4x the magnification for easy and thorough inspection of robotic instrumentation, as well as an on/off switch and a Micro-USB charging cable. LED INTERCHANGEABLE MAGNIFIER

MAGIC TOUCH

Clamps & Spreaders for Effective Cleaning of Bone Forceps and with Ring Handles : When instruments are closed, they are closed to cleaning. Water and detergent can not reach all the surfaces of the instrument - those that are most likely to harbor contaminates. AAMI, AORN, device manufacturers and others strongly recommend that instruments be kept in an open position when cleaned, to ensure maximum exposure to the cleaning solution. These band clamps, made of stainless steel with silicone covering, ensure that the joints and jaws of bone spreaders remain open. The spreader, for instruments with ring handles that cannot be dismantled, can be cleaned more efficiently in the washer-disinfector. The jaws remain open during the cleaning process, thus assuring thorough cleaning.

STRINGERS
ADJUSTABLE STRINGER
Stringers used in the preparation of instruments for sterilization are usually are 2” - 3” in width. Stringers for use in decontam are typically 5” - 6” in width to maximize the openness of the instruments to the spray action of the washer. This has created the need for double inventory of stringers - until now. This tool adjusts to all sizes of instruments for more effective cleaning of hard to reach areas containing bioburden, and can also be adjusted to the optimal width for placement of instruments inside a tray.

MORE EFFECTIVE CLEANING WITH THE WASH CRADLE
When hinged instruments are closed, they are closed to cleaning. Water and detergent can not reach all the surfaces of the instrument - those that are most often likely to harbor contaminates. AAMI, AORN, device manufactures and others strongly recommend that instruments be kept in an open position when cleaned, to ensure maximum exposure to the cleaning solution. To ensure open instruments, many facilities will utilize wide stringers to hold instruments open during the cleaning process. Like wide stringers, the Washer Cradle is designed to hold surgical instruments in the open position to promote effective cleaning in the automated washer with a minimum amount of effort. Hinged instruments are held open, exposing box locks to water and cleaning solution. Instruments are also better exposed to heated air drying, promoting quicker dry times. Staff are safer too, as sharps are clear, visible and easily accessible. Assembly on the clean-side is enhanced with easy access to instruments.

CLEANING SPRAY GUN
The Cleaning Spray Gun is the ideal tool for cleaning cannulas, endoscopes, glassware, pipettes, syringes, catheters, curettes, cystoscopes and a variety of other instruments, and articles used in surgery, clinics, laboratories, and doctor offices in other words, anywhere that the highest level of cleanliness is necessary. The cleaning process is quick, efficient and inexpensive, because the Spray Gun uses either water or pressurized air.

STAINLESS STEEL SPRAY GUN
Unlike any of our other spray guns, this cleaning gun is made completely of stainless steel. One of the greatest advantages of the stainless steel spray gun is its resistance to cold demineralized water. The stainless steel spray gun is sterilizable, thus the pistols can be used in the operating room or in the clean room. Use this product to effectively clean instruments in a quick and easy way. INSTRUMENT REPAIR TAGS
Identify instruments requiring repair, sharpening or “good” with brightly color-coded tags. Tags are pre-printed with “Repair,” “Sharpen” and “Good.” Tags are steam, EtO and Plasma autoclavable. Once tags are applied, they must be broken to be removed. Replace difficult to see safety pins and suture.

Designed as a single-use tool, the Instrument Inspection Tips assist healthcare workers on the clean side to check if items have been effectively cleaned and are free of obstruction. TAMPER EVIDENT TAPE
Tamper Evident Tape: Identify contents as "secured" for special or limited access. When the tape is torn, it reveals the "void opened" printing indicating that contents have been tampered with and may need to be check and re-inventoried.

Designed to check the accuracy of air pressure provided by automated and handheld endoscope leakage testers, the Leak Tester Tester assists healthcare workers in the reprocessing areas to make sure their endoscope leak tester is working properly by testing the functionality of the pump and the connector for leaks prior to using. The Leak Tester Tester assists in reducing the potential for cross-contamination, damage and costly repairs that result from using an endoscope with leaks. Manufactured from stainless steel, the testers come in a package of four or can be purchased separately. They are offered for the following leak testers: the Olympus automated leak tester, the Olympus handheld tester, the Pentax handheld tester and the Karl Storz handheld tester. Simply attach the desired leak tester tester to your facilities endoscope leak tester, turn it on or pressurize the bulb, and read the pressure on the gauge, which gives a quick and objective result of the amount of air being expelled from the leak testers.
Healthmark offers Leak Tester Tester Calibration Service for our Leak Tester Testers. This service allows healthcare facilities to send Healthmark their Leak Tester Testers for an annual, routine calibration. The calibration service recertifies that the Leak Tester Testers are functioning within specifications. In addition to annual calibration, should the Leak Tester Tester be dropped, the gauge inadvertently submerged in fluid or not displaying a zero PSI reading prior to use then it should be returned for proper re-calibration. A Loaner Leak Tester Tester is provided while your Leak Tester Tester unit is in for calibration.

AQUATEST™ 3-IN-1 WATER QUALITY TEST STRIPS
Water quality is key to the performance of chemical cleaning agents. In particular, hard water binds up detergent molecules, preventing them from breaking down the contaminants. Further, these molecules are often a source of staining and pitting of surgical instruments. Enzymes used in enzymatic detergent are highly influenced by the pH level of water. An improper pH level can lead to the partial or complete inactivation of the enzymes relied upon to breakdown the soil on instruments. Total alkalinity measures the amount of alkaline buffers in water.
ULTRAVIOLET INDICATORS
Ideal for use with Midbrook Medical’s “UV Flash”, but capable of testing full room UV disinfectors these ultraviolet indicators activate and perform a color change when exposed to at least 254nm UV-C for one minute. These indicators are a great way to make sure that UV disinfectors are working correctly!
CARTWASHCHECK™
Cart washers are important tools in the overall effort to reduce cross contamination. Often they are used to clean not just surgical case carts, but also basins, instrument trays, wheel chairs and other supply and patient transport equipment. The CartWashCheck™ is the first test designed to challenge the mechanical efficiency of the cart washer.
